Jamaican Jerk Chicken

1 1/2lbs.boneless, skinless chicken thighs,

1gallon H-E-B Tough & Easy Storage Bag,

1bottle Green Valley Ranch Reserve Jamaican Jerk Marinade, divided,

• non-stick cooking spray,

1lime, juiced,

1bunch cilantro, minced,


1Place chicken in storage bag and cover with 3/4 of marinade (set aside remainder). Seal bag, turn to coat chicken and place in refrigerator to marinate overnight.

2Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray.

3Remove chicken from marinade (discard used marinade) and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, or until a thermometer registers 165°F.

4Mix reserved marinade with lime juice in a small bowl and brush over chicken. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
