1 1/2lbs.fresh tilapia filet,
2Tbsp.Adams Reserve Jamaican Jerk Rub,
1/2btl. (11.5 oz.) Cookwell & Co. Agave Dijon Mustard Glaze,
2Tbsp.green onions, chopped,
1Coat both sides of fish lightly with jerk rub.
2Heat a large skillet to Medium-High; add oil, then fish. Sear one side, allowing fish to cook halfway through (about 4-5 minutes). Flip fish and cook another minute.
3Top with glaze and simmer 2 minutes.
4 Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
