Ingredients

1c.Central Market Organics Quick Cook Grains Bulgur & Red Quinoa, uncooked,

1large mango, diced,

1c.grape tomatoes, halved,

1Haas Avocado, diced,

1/2c.sweet onion, grated,

2limes, juiced,

Directions

1Prepare bulgur and quinoa according to package directions.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine grains, mango, and vegetables. Pour lime juice over salad and toss well to coat.

3Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
