1lb.boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
3Tbsp.Adam's Reserve Southwest Ancho Sear-N-Crust,
2Tbsp.H-E-B Basting Oil,
1/4c.H-E-B That Green Sauce,
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Rub chicken with Adam's Reserve Sear- N-Crust, and set aside 10 minutes.
2Place chicken in oven-safe baking dish and drizzle with basting oil. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
3Reduce oven temperature to 250°F. Cover chicken and bake an additional 20 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature. Remove from oven and serve with a drizzle of H-E-B That Green Sauce.
