1lb.sirloin tip steak, cut into 4 pieces,
1/2 tsp.salt, divided,
1/2Tbsp.H-E-B Unsalted Butter,
1/2sweet onion, thinly sliced,
1c.portobello mushrooms, cleaned and thinly sliced,
1/2c.H-E-B Reduced Sodium Beef Broth,
1Bring large non-stick skillet to Medium heat. Season steaks with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cook 8 minutes on each side. When steaks are done, transfer to a clean plate.
2Reduce skillet to Low heat and add butter.
3Sauté onions and mushrooms 3-5 minutes. Add beef broth and season with remaining salt. Return steaks to skillet.
4Coat steaks in sauce and smother with mushrooms and onions before serving.
