Ingredients

1pkg. (13.25 oz.) H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta,

2Tbsp.apple cider vinegar,

12oz.nonfat plain greek yogurt,

1/2c.H-E-B Specialty Series Memphis BBQ Sauce,

1H-E-B Rotisserie Chicken, skin removed, shredded,

3stalks celery, diced,

1/2red bell pepper, diced,

1/2red onion, diced,

Directions

1Cook pasta according to directions on box, then drain.

2Meanwhile, combine vinegar, yogurt, and BBQ sauce in a large bowl.

3Add drained pasta, shredded chicken, and veggies.

4Serve warm or refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy chilled.
