1/4 tsp.chili powder,
1 tsp.ground mustard,
1/2 tsp.ground cinnamon,
4(4 oz.) Wild Alaskan Salmon Filets,
1 tsp.Hill Country Fare Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
1Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with non-stick spray.
2In a small bowl, mix chili powder, mustard, cinnamon and brown sugar.
3Place filets on prepared pan, rub with oil and cover with spice mixture.
4Bake 10-12 minutes, until center is medium rare, or to personal preference.
