4H-E-B Fiesta Jalapeno Salmon Burgers,
1can (12 oz.) pineapple chunks in their own juice, drained,
1/2c.diced bell peppers,
1/2c.Texas on the Plate Chipotle Chile Ketchup,
1Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon burgers on a foil lined baking sheet, and roast 15 minutes.
2Meanwhile, sauté pineapple, peppers and Chipotle Chile Ketchup 5 minutes in a small sauté pan.
3Place mixture on top of salmon burgers and serve on toasted hamburger buns.
