Ingredients

1/2c.(4 oz.) non-fat plain yogurt,

2tsp.cumin,

2 tsp.paprika,

1 tsp.ground ginger,

1lemon, juiced,

1/8 tsp.ground red pepper,

1/4tsp.black pepper,

1/4 tsp.H-E-B Kosher Salt,

1lb.Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts,

Directions

1Combine yogurt and remaining seasonings in a large zipper bag.

2Add chicken breasts and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.

3Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with non-stick spray, then place chicken on pan.

4Bake 40 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F.
