3/4c.H-E-B Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt,
1 tsp.curry powder,
1can (12 oz.) H-E-B Solid White Tuna In Water, drained,
1cupseedless red grapes,
1stalk celery, diced,
2Tbsp.red onion, minced,
2Tbsp.toasted slivered almonds,
*romaine lettuce leaves,
1large tomato, sliced,
*salt and pepper, to taste,
1In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and curry powder. Add tuna, grapes, celery, onion, and almonds. Mix well.
2To serve, place 1/2 cup of tuna mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf. Add tomato and roll up.
