Ingredients

4small firm pears, cored and sliced,

1Tbsp.honey,

1(6 oz.) pkg. Dole Baby Garden Blend,

1/2c.H-E-B Walnuts, chopped,

1c.H-E-B Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained,

*Central Market Salad Dressing, your favorite flavor,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pears on baking sheet, peel-side down, drizzle each slice with honey, and roast 10 minutes.

2In large salad bowl, toss salad greens with dressing, walnuts, and beans. Divide between plates. Top with pears.
