Ingredients

1link H-E-B Market Fresh Chicken Sausage,

1box (13.25 oz.) H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Elbow Pasta,

2c.fresh cauliflower, finely chopped,

2c.low fat shredded cheese, divided,

1 1/2c.fat-free greek yogurt ,

1/4 tsp.garlic powder,

*salt and pepper,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 9x13- inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.

2Cook sausage in 1/2 inch water in covered skillet over Medium-High heat 10 minutes. Turn sausage and cook an additional 5 minutes, or until temperature reaches 160°F. Remove sausage from pan, cool, and cut into cubes.

3Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.

4Place cauliflower and 1 Tablespoon water in microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave 4 minutes. Set aside.

5In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, sausage, cauliflower, 1 1/2 cups cheese, yogurt, and garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 10 minutes.
