1 1/2c.H-E-B Nonfat Plain Yogurt,
2c.H-E-B Barbecue Potato Chips, or your favorite, crushed,
1Place chicken strips in a bowl with yogurt, cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
2Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray. Place chips in a shallow bowl; remove chicken from yogurt and dredge in chips, coating evenly. Place on prepared baking sheet.
3Spray chicken with cooking oil spray, bake 20 minutes, or until juices run clear.
