Ingredients

1pkg. (14 oz.) H-E-B Baked Corn Tostadas,

1can (15.2 oz.) H-E-B Fat-free Refried Beans,

1 1/2c.H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken,

*spinach, chopped,

1can (15 oz.) H-E-B Diced Mexican Style Tomatoes, divided,

1pkg. (6 oz.) H-E-B 2% Low-fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese,

1avocado, sliced,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay 6 tostadas on a baking sheet, spread a layer of refried beans, and sprinkle with chicken. Top with spinach, 1 Tbsp. tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

2Bake 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top with avocado.
