1/2c.cilantro,

2Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

2Tbsp.lime juice,

*hot sauce, to taste,

2avocados, chopped,

1c.corn,

2cans (15 oz.) H-E-B No Salt Added Black Beans, drained & rinsed,

1c.tomatoes, diced,

*salt and pepper,

*H-E-B Unsalted Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips,

Directions

1Make dressing: whisk together cilantro, oil, lime juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl.

2In a separate bowl, combine avocado, corn, beans, and tomato. Add dressing; toss. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
