4small bamboo skewers, 6-inch,
4thin sliced sirloin steaks,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Brisket Seasoning,
1bag (16 oz.)frozen sweet potato fries,
1pkg. (12 oz.) frozen green beans,
1red bell pepper, cut into thin strips,
1Soak bamboo skewers in water 20 minutes. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F).
2Place steaks on a foil lined baking sheet and sprinkle both sides with brisket seasoning.
3On one of the long ends of each steak place 4 sweet potato fries,
4green beans, and 4 strips of bell pepper. Starting from the end with the vegetables, roll each steak like a taco and secure with a soaked bamboo skewer. Grill 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
