1pkg. (16 oz.)whole wheat lasagna noodles,
1lb.H-E-B Lean Ground Beef,
3garlic cloves, minced,
1jar (24 oz.) H-E-B Marinara Sauce,
1container (15 oz.) H-E-B Fat Free Ricotta Cheese,
1c.H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese,
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain; set aside.
3Meanwhile, cook beef, onion, and garlic over Medium heat in a large skillet until meat is no longer pink. Stir in marinara sauce.
4In a medium bowl, make cheese filling by mixing ricotta and mozzarella.
5In a 13x9-inch baking dish, layer meat sauce, noodles and cheese filling. Repeat, ending with meat sauce.
6Bake uncovered approximately 40 minutes, or until heated through.
