1pkg. H-E-B Frozen Rhubarb,

1c.brown sugar substitute,

1lb.turkey tenderloin,

6slices Central Market Apple Cinnamon Uncured Bacon,


1Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cranberries and rhubarb in a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar substitute.

2Evenly wrap tenderloin with bacon. Place over cranberries and rhubarb.

3Baked uncovered about 45 minutes or until internal temperature of turkey reaches 165°F.
