4boneless thick cut pork chops,
1/4 tsp.ground black pepper,
1Tbsp.reduced sodium soy sauce,
1/4c.H-E-B Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth,
1 tsp.finely chopped garlic,
1Spray a 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over Medium-High heat.
2Cube chops into 1-inch pieces and sprinkle all sides with pepper. Place in hot skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn pieces over; cook 3 minutes more or until slightly pink in center. Remove from skillet.
3Combine soy sauce, broth, honey, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl; mix well. Add to same skillet, heat 1 minute or until mixture comes to a boil, stirring frequently.
4Pour sauce into individual sauce cups and serve with pork bites for dipping.
