1lb.H-E-B Sirloin Stir-Fry,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
3clovesgarlic, finely chopped,
1thumb-size pieceginger, grated,
1lg. headbroccoli, cut into bite-size florets,
1red pepper, sliced into thin strips,
1/2c.Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth,
2Tbsp.low sodium soy sauce,
1 - 2 tsp.chili garlic sauce,
1Place beef in a large zipper bag. Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over beef and seal bag. Marinate 1 hour.
2Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and swirl around, add shallot, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry 1 minute to release the fragrance.
3Remove beef from zipper bag and reserve marinade. Add beef to wok and stir-fry until browned, 4 - 5 minutes. Add broccoli and red pepper. Continue to stir-fry until veggies are crisp tender.
4Add reserved marinade and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook 1 - 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and enjoy!
