Ingredients

1c.low fat vanilla flavored yogurt,

2lg.pears, sliced,

1c.H-E-B Ginger Snaps, crumbled,

Directions

1Place yogurt and pears in a gallon-size zipper bag. Toss until well coated.

2Place crumbled ginger snaps in a shallow bowl or pie pan. Add a few pear slices at a time and toss until well coated.

3Place coated pear slices on a lined baking sheet and freeze 1 hour or until ready to eat.
