2red bell peppers, sliced,
1English cucumber, cut into sticks,
2c.H-E-B Green Beans, lightly steamed,
1c.broccoli slaw mix,
•hoisin dipping sauce,
1Wash and separate mustard greens into individual leaves (they will act as the wrap).
2Wash and prepare vegetables.
3Fill mustard green leaves with 3 to 4 slices red pepper, 1 to 2 sticks cucumber, and green beans. Sprinkle with broccoli slaw mix.
4Roll the mustard greens as you would a tortilla wrap.
5Serve with hoisin dipping sauce.
