1pkg.H-E-B Spring Mix Blend,

2c.H-E-B Fully Fit Fully Cooked Chicken Breast, heated and diced,

1/4c.H-E-B Reduced Fat or Fat Free Fancy Shredded Cheese,

1jicama, peeled and sliced,

Directions

1To assemble: layer avocado, carrots, greens, chicken, and cheese on each jicama slice.
