1box (13.25 oz.)H-E-B Pasta,
2Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
1 1/2c.cauliflower, chopped,
1 1/2c.cherry tomatoes, halved,
3Tbsp.white balsamic vinegar,
1/4tsp.red pepper flakes,
•salt and pepper,
1Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
2Combine pasta, cauliflower, tomatoes, and blueberries. Drizzle with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and seasonings. Chill until ready to serve.
3Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
