1lb.lean ground beef,
1/2c.blue cheese dressing,
2 - 3oz.blue cheese (optional),
1small bagfresh spinach leaves,
1Form ground beef into 4 equal patties.
2Remove core and seeds from apple. Slice apple crosswise into thin rounds.
3Heat grill to high. Grill patties about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked. While grilling patties, grill apple rounds until golden brown.
4Spread dressing over buns and crumble blue cheese if desired.
5Place burgers on buns and top with grilled apple slices and spinach leaves.
