Ingredients

1lb.H-E-B Lean Ground Beef,

1jar (24 oz.)H-E-B Marinara Sauce,

8whole wheat lasagna noodles,

1c.finely chopped kale (packed tightly),

1 1/2c.diced cauliflower,

1c.H-E-B Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

3Meanwhile, cook beef over medium heat in large skillet until no longer pink. Stir in marinara sauce, kale and cauliflower; heat through.

4Place noodles on wax paper. Spread 1/3 cup sauce mixture and 2 Tablespoons cheese over each noodle; roll up tightly and place each noodle seam side down in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top roll-ups with remaining sauce.

5Bake uncovered approximately 15 minutes, or until heated through.
