Ingredients

1pkg.H-E-B Wild Mahi Mahi Fillets,

1tsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Seafood Seasoning,

1pkg.Hearts of Romaine,

Directions

1Thaw mahi mahi fillets according to package instructions. Sprinkle each side with seafood seasoning.

2Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place fish in pan and sauté each side 3 to 5 minutes until flaky.

3Flake fish and set aside in a dish.

4To assemble fish tacos, place 1/4 cup mahi mahi in romaine leaf. Top with Strawberry Pico de Gallo (View recipe at left).
