1 pkg. H-E-B Wild Mahi Mahi Fillets,
1 tsp. H-E-B Texas Originals Seafood Seasoning,
1 pkg. Hearts of Romaine,
1 Thaw mahi mahi fillets according to package instructions. Sprinkle each side with seafood seasoning.
2 Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place fish in pan and sauté each side 3 to 5 minutes until flaky.
3 Flake fish and set aside in a dish.
4 To assemble fish tacos, place 1/4 cup mahi mahi in romaine leaf. Top with Strawberry Pico de Gallo (View recipe at left).
