Strawberry Tart

1refrigerated pie crust,

1/4c.H-E-B Confectioners Sugar,

1Tbsp.butter, softened,

1/4c.Greek yogurt,

4oz.H-E-B Neufchâtel Cheese,

2c. slicedstrawberries,


1Preheat oven to 375°F.

2Place pie crust in tart pan, gently pressing dough on bottom, into fluted sides, and where sides meet bottom of pan. Trim dough even with top edge of pan. Using a fork, prick sides and bottom of dough repeatedly to prevent shrinking. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

3Meanwhile, prepare filling. using a mixer, blend confectioners sugar, butter, yogurt, and Neufchâtel.

4Allow pastry shell to cool completetly; add filling.

5Arrange a layer of strawberries on top. Chill until ready to serve.
