2pkgs. (10 oz.)frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained,
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two 8" loaf pans, set aside.
2Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients, add eggs and applesauce, and stir until moistened.
3Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake 60 minutes. Cool before slicing and serving.
