3 c. flour,
1 tsp. salt,
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon,
1 tsp. baking soda,
1 c. granulated sugar,
3 eggs, beaten,
1 1/4 c. applesauce,
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained,
1 c. pecans, chopped,
1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two 8" loaf pans, set aside.
2 Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients, add eggs and applesauce, and stir until moistened.
3 Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake 60 minutes. Cool before slicing and serving.
