Ingredients

1egg,

1/2c.low-fat milk,

1pkg.cornbread mix,

1pkg. (12 ct.)H-E-B Sugar Cones,

2c.mini-marshmallows,

1/2c.mini-chocolate chips,

Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, use egg and milk to prepare cornbread mix according to package instructions.

2Cover open area of a Bundt pan with foil. Use a toothpick to evenly pierce holes in foil. Gently press down each sugar cone into holes to secure while baking. -OR- Press foil in each cup of a muffin tin to create a base for cone. Stand up cone in each muffin cup, wrapping bottom of cone with more foil to secure.

3Fill each cone 3/4 full of cornbread batter, push 4 marshmallows into batter, and top with chocolate chips.

4Bake 15 minutes or until done.
