2lb.boneless skinless chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch cubes,
2H-E-B Tough & Easy Slider Bags, gallon size,
1bag (13 oz.)H-E-B Nacho Cheese Chips, crushed,
1Preheat oven to 400°F. Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
2Combine chicken and mayonnaise in one bag. Seal and turn until mayonnaise coats chicken.
3In second bag, crush chips using a rolling pin. Add chicken, seal bag and turn 3 times until chicken is covered with chips.
4Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
