Ingredients

1pkg.H-E-B Steamable Rice, variety of your choice,

1pkg.frozen H-E-B Select Extra Fine Whole Green Beans,

1lb.fresh Tilapia Fillets,

2tsp.peanut and sesame oil,

1/4c.Teriyaki, Hoisin or Peanut Satay Sauce,

1Tbsp.sesame seeds,

Directions

1Heat rice in bag according to package directions; set aside. Heat green beans according to package directions; pat dry.

2Cut fish crosswise into 1-inch thick slices. Place peanut and sesame oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat 3 or 4 minutes until very hot but not smoking. Add fish and stir-fry 2 minutes or until almost done.

3Add green beans; stir-fry 2 more minutes or until fish is done.

4Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
