2padsfresh nopales (cactus leaves),
1bell pepper, chopped,
2jalapeños, seeded & chopped,
1poblano pepper, seeded & chopped,
1firm Roma tomato, chopped,
2limes, each cut into 8 wedges,
1Cut nopales into 1/4 inch cubes, set on a paper towel 10 minutes.
2Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl and stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3Chill until ready to serve. Serve with a piece of lime.
