4 - 6pork ribeye steaks¹,
2Tbsp.Adams Reserve Val Verde or House Rub,
1/2c.Better Than Good Texas Moppin' Sauce²,
1Season steaks with rub and set aside. Prepare charcoal fire or heat up gas grill.
2Place ribeyes 4 inches above medium heat and grill 3 to 5 minutes (depending on thickness). Turn steaks, brush cooked side with Moppin' Sauce, after turning, and cook to desired degree of doneness. Brush with sauce again and remove from grill.
3Let stand 5 minutes, brush with sauce one more time and serve.
