6small bamboo skewers, 6-inch,
6thin sliced sirloin steaks,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Brisket Seasoning,
1bag (16 oz.)frozen sweet potato fries,
1bag (12 oz.)H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Green Beans,
1red bell pepper, cut into thin strips,
1Place bamboo skewers in a zipper bag with enough water to fill, seal and soak 20 minutes. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F).
2Place steaks on a foil lined baking sheet pan, sprinkle each with brisket seasoning on both sides.
3On each steak arrange 4 sweet potato fries, 4 green beans and 4 strips of bell pepper on one of the long ends of the steak. Roll steak starting from end with vegetables like a taco and secure with a soaked bamboo skewer.
4Grill sirloin bouquet 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
