Ingredients

1Tbsp.H-E-B Canola Oil,

2lb.ground chicken,

1/2c.onion, chopped,

2clovesgarlic, diced,

2c.H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Spinach, chopped,

1canH-E-B Diced Tomatoes,

1tsp.cumin,

•salt & pepper,

Directions

1Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium high heat 3 minutes. Add oil, ground chicken, onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is brown and crumbly.

2Add spinach, tomatoes, cumin and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
