Ingredients

1tsp.H-E-B Canola Oil,

1lb.ground chicken,

1/4c.onion, chopped,

1c.H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Spinach, chopped,

1celery stalk, chopped,

2c.grapes, sliced in halves,

1mediumapple, chopped,

1/3c.low-fat mayonaise,

•salt & pepper,

8H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns,

Directions

1Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium high heat 3 minutes. Add oil and ground chicken. Cook 15 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F. Set aside and let cool.

2Meanwhile, combine onion, spinach, celery, grapes, apple and mayonnaise in large serving bowl. Stir in cooked chicken and season to taste with salt and pepper.

3Serve on a whole wheat bun.
