Ingredients

2Tbsp.butter,

2bunches green onions, chopped,

1lb.crawfish tails or peeled and deveined shrimp,

2c.Central Market Etouffee Sauce,

*hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, to taste,

*cooked rice or pasta,

Directions

1Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in green onions and crawfish tails; cook 1 minute.

2Pour Étouffée sauce into skillet and cook until bubbling, 1–2 minutes. Turn heat to low, add hot sauce and Worcestershire and cook 1 more minute.

3Serve over rice or cooked pasta.
