1/3c.H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Flour,
1/4c.H-E-B Fat Free Mootopia Milk,
1c.H-E-B Real Egg,
1tsp.Central Market Organics Ground Korintje Cinnamon,
1 1/2tsp.H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Double Vanilla Extract,
12slices (3/4-inch thick)H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat French Loaf,
1bag (14 oz.)H-E-B Frozen Cherry Berry Blend, thawed,
1c.H-E-B Cranberry Blueberry Juice,
1Tbsp. each:H-E-B Powdered Sugar and H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Cocoa Powder,
1Place flour in mixer bowl, gradually add milk with mixer on medium speed. Slowly add egg, cinnamon, and vanilla; mix on medium speed 2 minutes. Set aside.
2Heat large heavy-bottom skillet or griddle over medium heat 3 minutes. Spray hot skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Soak bread slices in egg mixture one at a time. Place 2 to 4 slices in hot skillet or griddle. Cook on each side 1 minute or until golden.
3Combine cherry berry blend, cranberry juice, and cornstarch in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 3 minutes or until juice thickens. Combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder in small bowl.
4Sprinkle each slice of French toast with 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder mixture and 1/4 cup cherry berry sauce.
