1/2c. each:fresh raspberries, chopped pineapple and blueberries,
1/2c. each:fresh chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, and chopped bell pepper,
1/4c. each:H-E-B Sunflower Seeds or chopped H-E-B Mixed Nuts,
1Place 1/4 cup cottage cheese in 4 small bowls. Top each with 1/4 cup fruits or veggies and 1 tablespoon nuts or seeds. Enjoy!
