Spicy Pork with Pasta and Green Beans

1(12 oz.)pork tenderloin, thin sliced,

1Tbsp.canola oil,

1/2red pepper, cut into thin strips,

2garlic cloves, chopped,

1/2tsp.crushed red pepper (optional),

•salt and pepper,

1c.thin sliced sweet yellow onion,

1/2boxH-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Pasta, break noodles in half,

2c.H-E-B Frozen Green Beans,


1Combine sliced pork, canola oil, red bell pepper, garlic and crushed red pepper in a bowl. Season pork to taste with salt and pepper.

2Heat a large heavy bottom skillet over high heat 3 minutes. Add seasoned pork mixture and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add onions and broken pasta and stir-fry 2 more minutes. Add green beans and 2 cups water to skillet and bring mixture to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender and has absorbed the liquid.
