Ingredients

1largetomato, chopped,

1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

1/4c. each:thin sliced fresh basil, cilantro and mint,

1Tbsp.chopped fresh ginger,

1/2box (13.5 oz.)H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Spaghetti,

1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Green Beans,

•salt and pepper,

Directions

1Combine tomato, olive oil, basil, cilantro, mint and ginger in a large pasta bowl and set aside.

2Bring 6 cups water to a boil over high heat in a large pasta pot. Add pasta and cook 4 minutes. Add green beans and allow water to return to a boil. Cook 4 more minutes or until pasta is cooked to desired tenderness. Drain and add to tomato mixture in pasta bowl. Toss to coat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
