Ingredients

6H-E-B 7 Grain Flour Tortillas,

6slicesH-E-B Jalapeño Bacon,

•juice of 1 lime,

2H-E-B Fresher Lasting Jumbo Avocado Halves, chopped,

3kiwi fruit, peeled, halved and sliced thin,

1/2c.cilantro, chopped,

1/4c.red onion, chopped,

1serrano pepper, seeded and chopped,

•salt and pepper,

Directions

1Heat oven to 400°F. Place tortillas directly on oven rack. Bake 3 minutes. Remove from oven, cut each into 6 wedges.

2Cook bacon until crisp. Cut each slice into 6 pieces, place in small serving dish. Set aside.

3Combine lime juice, avocado, kiwi, cilantro, red onion and serrano pepper in 2-quart mixing bowl. Gently toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in serving bowl, cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

4To serve, top each tortilla wedge with 1 piece of bacon and 1 tablespoon avocado kiwi salsa.
