1c.H-E-B Dried Blueberries,
1pkg. (8 oz.)H-E-B Fat Free Cream Cheese,
2Tbsp.0 calorie sweetener or sugar (optional),
1c.chow mein noodles,
1Set aside 1/3 cup dried blueberries. Combine cream cheese, remaining blueberries and 0 calorie sweetener in a food processor and process to a smooth texture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to spread on crackers.
2Spread 1 Tablespoon cream cheese mixture on 20 crackers. Press 3 chow mein noodles on each side of cracker for legs. Place two blueberries on top of the cream cheese filling for eyes. Arrange on a tray and serve.
