Italian Polenta Bake

1roll prepared polenta,

1lb.ground beef, pork or Italian sausage,

1tsp.Italian-blend seasoning*,

2c.marinara sauce,

1jarH-E-B Roasted Red Pepper Tapenade,

1c. (or more)H-E-B Shredded Italian-Blend Cheese,


1Heat oven to 375°F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Cut polenta crosswise into slices; lay slices over bottom of prepared baking dish.

2Cook ground meat with Italian seasoning* in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until well-browned. Add marinara sauce and tapenade; season to taste.

3Pour mixture into baking dish over polenta; top with cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with a crisp green salad.
