1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Rice with Corn & Poblano,
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Sliced Zucchini,
1 H-E-B Rustic Chipotle Salsa Tilapia Fillets,
1 Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2 Heat the rice and zucchini according to package directions and evenly spread in the prepared baking dish.
3 Prepare the fish fillets in the microwave according to package directions and cut each in half lengthwise. Arrange the fish fillets with salsa side up over the rice and vegetables. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and heat on high power for 2 minutes and serve.
