4hard sandwich rolls or ciabatta bread,
4thick slices fresh mozzarella cheese,
•fresh basil leaves,
•Balsamic vinegar for drizzling,
•salt and pepper, to taste,
1Cut sandwich rolls or ciabatta bread for sandwiches. Slice the tomato thinly.
2Assemble sandwich with equal amounts of tomato, 1 slice of mozzarella and basil leaves.
3Drizzle balsamic vinegar over sandwich, add salt and pepper to taste. Top with remaining roll slices.
