Ingredients

Easy Dill Dressing:,

3/4c.H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream,

1clovegarlic, chopped,

•juice of 1 lemon,

1/4c.chopped fresh dill,

2green onions, chopped,

1/4tsp.cayenne pepper (optional),

1bag (32 oz.)Hill Country Fare Cocktail Shrimp Jumbo Tail On,

1c.chopped celery,

1c.peeled & chopped cucumber,

1red pepper, chopped,

2avocados, chopped,

Directions

1Combine sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, dill, green onions, and cayenne pepper, in a food processor or blender. Process to a chunky texture 30 seconds. Set aside.

2Remove shrimp tails, slice each shrimp into 8 pieces. Combine shrimp, celery, cucumber, red bell pepper, avocado, and dressing in a mixing bowl. Toss gently to coat ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
