1boxH-E-B The Baker's Scoop Angel Food Cake Mix,
3c.fat free Greek yogurt,
1/3c.Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener or sugar,
1tsp.H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Vanilla,
2containers (16 oz. each)fresh strawberries, quartered,
2containers (6 oz. each)fresh blueberries,
1Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake according to package directions (only water is needed) using a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Cool cake and cut into 2-inch cubes.
2Place Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed 1 minute. Slowly add sugar replacement and vanilla and continue to beat 1 more minute. Set whipped yogurt aside.
3Layer strawberries, yogurt, cake cubes and blueberries. Repeat 2 more layers.
