1pkg. (.24 oz.)pizza crust yeast,
1c.warm water (90-110°F),
1c.H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Bread Flour,
3/4c.H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Whole Wheat Flour,
1/2c.Hill Country Fare Yellow Cornmeal,
3Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
1Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Set aside 5 minutes.
2Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with hands until dough forms. If too sticky, add additional flour 2 Tablespoons at a time. Knead dough on floured surface with your hands 2 minutes.
3Spray large bowl with non-stick cooking spray and transfer dough to bowl. Spray top of dough with non-stick cooking spray and cover bowl with plastic wrap. Place in a warm place, away from drafts, and let rise 30 minutes.
